Scouts - Registration Night

• Registration night Tuesday 1st September 7.00pm to 8.00pm
• Year’s Submission £170.00
• PVG parent helper
• First night back Tuesday 15th September
• Log in now please and check all the personal information for your child is correct

Members have been Allocated a place in the 15th Eaglesham Scout Troop for the coming year September 2026 to June 2027.

Can I please ask that you take a moment and replay to this email to inform us if you are declining the place, if they are declining the place, they will be removed from our data base (we will give the place to the next child on the waiting list)

Registration night

Registration night will be a drop in between 7.00 pm to 8.00 pm for payment to be made.

This will be you registering your child as a member and a place will be allocated to them. If you do not attend we will take it you are decline the place for your child, they will be removed from our data base and the place to the next person on the waiting list

Subscriptions

Subscription for this coming year are £170.00

This can be payed in full £170.00 on registration nigh or split in to two registration night in September £90.00 & January £80.00This can either be done in cash or card (if payment is made by card there will be an additional £2 to cover our charges)

PVG Parent Helpers

each member needs to provides either an parent or a guardian that can be put onto the parents rota for the sections.

This will be done on Registration night

Can their appropriate adult pre-bring the following with them.

• Full Name (including middle name)

• Date of birth
• Address
• Email
• 2 form of Photo ID (passport, drivers licence)
• 1 form of Address ID (drivers licence, utility bill, bank statement)
• Existing PVG number if you have one with another organisation.

Most sections will be running a parents rota due to lack of Team members

There has been a lot of changes with in the Scout movement

All Leaders are now team members, if you would like to become part of the 15th Scout group team please contact Shirley, this can be helping as much as you are able to eg each week or once a month. We really need team members, Please

If you have financial difficulties meeting the costs of the subscription please either reply to this email or phone Shirley on 07733 116517 this will be in confidence. We do not wish to exclude any young Person through financial hardship.
