Leadership

**We currently only have 2 Beavers leaders, which means we may need to cancel Beavers if a Leader is unavailable for any reason, sometime at short notice. Ideally we would run with at least 3 leaders so if you are interested in joining our leadership team, or know anyone that would be, please let Scott, Morag or Shirley know**

The adults running our Beaver Colony are unpaid volunteers who have completed or are undergoing Scout Association training. The current Leadership team is:

Beavers Leader - Scott McGowan

Scott has been a leader at our Beavers Colony since 2004 and took over as Section Leader in 2015.

Beavers Leader -  Morag Hannan

Morag joined our Colony as a leader in 2023.

Young Leaders / Explorers / DofE Helpers

We often have helpers, including teenagers from our own Explorer Scouts section, who volunteer with us as part of the work they do towards The Duke of Edinburgh's Award.
