If there is any changes in the meetings or other information that you the parent needs to know for activities that are not on the program sheet then a text or posted on the web sight will be sent out by the leader before the meeting or outing.

So it is up to each parent to check their texts and web sight and inform the leader if they are not receiving any text or do not have access to the Internet
