Extra Info

Due to the timings of the event, an additional change of clothes is not required but can be packed if you so desire.

All Cubs and Beavers should eat dinner before arriving as no substantial meal will be served at night.

Please do not pack snacks or food This helps us stay allergy-safe and adhere to the Science Centre rules.

We are encouraging car sharing to minimise the traffic at drop off/pickup

First Aid.

GCS have first aid trained staff available all night, however,

Our group will be equipped with their own first-aid kits and administer our own first-aid where possible.

Medication.

This is the responsibility of each individual group

It must be in a zip lock plastic bag with the Cubs/beaver name on the outside

Food.

Kids should be fed before arrival. No substantial meal will be given at night. Snacks and hot chocolate will be given at the end of the night.

They are providing breakfast.

Please do not give your child snacks. Food and drink (other than water) is not permitted in the sleeping area and should only be consumed where served.

Photographs.

Photographs will be getting taken throughout the night.Due to the size of the event, it will be hard to manage photo permission. It is likelihood of your child of being photographed in the background of other groups pictures.
