Who can join Cubs ?

Any boy or girl aged 8 or over can be a Cub.

The oldest Cub is usually about 10 years old.

Membership of Scouting U.K. is voluntary and is open to any boy or girl regardless of faith, race, culture, nationality or any other circumstances.

Young members make, or work towards making, the Promise appropriate to the section to which they belong.

The Cub makes the promise they share with members around the world.

I promis to do my best:

To love my God,

To serve the Queen and my country,

To help other people

And

To keep the Cub Scout Law
