Beavers Sleepover (@ Clarkston Scout Hall)

Beavers Sleepover – Saturday 18th May 2019

What we’re doing - We will hold our fun filled Beavers Sleepover on Saturday 18th March.

The visit will include craft, games and other exciting activities.

Location -Glasgow 121st (Clarkston) Scout Hall, 21 Aidans Brae, Clarkston, G76 7EP

Drop off -6:30pm Saturday 18th May 2019

Pick up -8.15am Sunday 19th May 2019

Leaders - The Leader in Charge will be Beavers Leader Scott McGowan, Beavers Leaders Anna Carter and Jacqueline Clark shall attend too. Both Scott and Jacqueline are Nights Away Permit Holders.

Sleeping arrangements - Beavers will sleep in the hall in same sex tents with 3-4 beavers per tent. Each tent will have its own night light and large inflatable mattress. Leaders will sleep in a separate room of the hall.

What to bring…

  • Wear beavers uniform and trainers
  • Sleeping bag (optional extra blanket)
  • Pillow
  • Pyjamas
  • Teddy
  • Toothbrush
  • Change of underwear
  • Plastic bowl and cup
  • Spoon
  • Small towel and cloth
  • Prescribed medication / inhalers etc. if required in a bag with their name on it

Food - Please feed your beavers dinner before they arrive. Snacks will be provided throughout Saturday evening and breakfast will be provided on Sunday morning

Parent availability - A parent must be available by telephone at all times throughout the visit to come and collect their child if required.
