Beavers- Registration night

All existing members and new members (that have been given a place) must attend and Register tonight
Day:Tuesday
Date :18th August
Location: Scout Hall
Time : 7.00 to 8.00 pm.
As we have waiting lists in each section, it is important that you attend this night to guarantee your child has a place for this year coming.
On the evening you will need to:
- Pick up your child's form from the table on the left as you walk into the big hall.
- Check all the information is correct on the form and if necessary amend.
- Sign it
- go to the table at the end of the hall.
- Hand in form and make fee payment ( Details of fees below)

Subscription Payments
The subscription levels have been reviewed and decided that for next year we will set a single subscription amount for all sections of £120 per year.
One payment of £120, in cash or cheque*, paid at the Registration Evening.
If you have more than one child with us and would like to pay for each child 2 months apart, we will take a post-dated cheque for October.
*Cheques should be made payable to “15th Eaglesham Scout Group”
